Parque Nacional da Penêda-Gerês (Penêda-Gerês National Park, or simply, Gerês) 

9am Run/hike in Penêda-Gerês National Park

12:30pm Lunch TBD

1:30pm Visit community olive oil mill, and learn about regional products. Though protected land, Gerês integrates civilization with nature; you will meet people who truly live off — and love — the land, as they have for centuries.

4pm Return to the Pousada Hotel for time to relax, enjoy the pool, or wonder the local village. 

7pm Dinner in amazing local restaurant with view overlooking the mountain. Almost all of the food served comes from the local village.
